[Champion Idea] Daziel, the Traitor
Important before reading: I'm only from LAS, and I am one who likes to make concepts on free time. My native language is spanish, but I know much english!!! It may not be perfect but what you are people going to read now is one of my concepts, translated to english with what I know about english language!!! :) It took me a total of 2 hours and 47 minutes to finish the translation. And so, I hope you guys like it!

Lore:
Nothing is known about the past of Daziel, except some rumors created by few people that knew something about the dark past of Daziel. The rumors say that, Daziel was a noxian blamed to death by a reason that he didn't knew the cause. Anothers say that he was a Ionian that escaped and while escaping they found him and surrounded him and blamed him by a crime that deserve death without the posibility of declaring the truth.
But rumors aren't true, they are false. Daziel knew very well what happened.
Four years ago, when Daziel was still young, he lived in Ionia with his family. But, his dreams of being in the troops of Ionia had crumbled and changed when a day, at the night. He and his family, which the father belonged to the Ionian high command, lived in the outsides of Ionia, but close to the capital. But it happened that one day, while Daziel was with his father outside in a lake, while talking, they did not realize that a infiltrated group of noxians whose principal mission was to study anyone that belong to the Ionian high command and later assassinate him, were spying them while they were preparing the plan for assassinating Daziel's father.
Now when it looked like it was going to rain, when Daziel and his father were going to finish talking, one of the noxians drew his sword and stealthily approached both. Daziel and his dad were too occupated talking of something important that, they didn't realize. And it was then that suddenly Daziel before his eyes, saw how a sharp sword was coming through the body of his father, while watching the noxian. He could do not anything but cry out in pain while his blood came out by the cutting of the sword that went through. Before dying, his father, with weak voice, tried to use all the strength he could to tell only one thing to his son he loved so much:
"I-I'm S-Sorry.. D-Daziel.. I-I c-could n-not t-tell y-you w-what I-I h-had t-to t-tell.. ARGGH!!"
Daziel was in shock. He could do nothing but watch the scene, while the noxians laughed with a diabolical laughter. While the noxians were laughing, they heard footsteps. They turned their eyes just to see:
"My dear, the dinner is ready. Com.. WHAT!?"
The mother of Daziel could do nothing but cry out in terror at what she saw. She could not give credit to the scene that was in front of their eyes: His son, with open eyes and standing in front of his father who was already dead, with a sword through his body, and four people who seemed to be the culprits.
"Let's not waste more time and let's kill her, then let's go already. We need to deliver fast the report or otherwise our lord Swain will be angry." said one of the noxians.
"That's true, let's do not waste more time. Do it."
And then one of the noxians drew out a sword and quickly went for the mother of Daziel, and in a quick movement, he cutted her throat. The mother of Daziel quickly fall off to the ground with blood dripping from her cutted throat.
"Well, we go. The high command is coming now, but first we should make the child look guilty. What should we do? Mmm ... Oh, I know what to do. You go on ahead, I will reach you later." said one of the noxians, while unsheating a small short sword and walked toward the child.
"Okay, but do not forget the sword stuck in that garbage, because they sure will think he was not the culprint." said one of the noxians.
"No problem, go away already."
Said it, his noxian mates leaved the area. Meanwhile, the noxian pulled slowly the sword nailed on the father of Daziel and sheathed it again.
"Well, now little boy, have this little gift worth more than the life of your parents and yours. Oh and so you do not forget me, have these two blades One of them is specially designed for someone like you." said the noxian in a devilish tone while laughing and put the short sword in the hand of the child, while putting on his legs two blades, one of them larger, both sheathed.
"Now hold it." said the noxian while running and already began to hear the footsteps of various persons. "See you, boy. Luck."
And then it started to rain. As the rain fell in torrents, right there was Daziel, still in shock, meanwhile the tears came out of his eyes. He could not avoid don't cry, as he was watching his father on the floor, dead, with blood coming out of the cut caused by the sword of that noxian. Meanwhile, when all seemed lost, there came a small group of members of the troops of Ionia, and also one of the Ionian high command. Horrified at the scene, they could not avoid cover their face. The member of the Ionian high command was shocked to see this. Then, he advanced towards the child and horrified, fell back after seeing that the child had in one hand a short sword, bloodied by the own noxian that gave the things to Daziel. Before this, he could say no more than this:
"D-Daziel.. Y-You've.. done all this!?"
Daziel could not talk still, because he was still in shock.
"I can't believe you Daziel. I thought you really wanted to become part of the Ionian high command when you were older. And now, what I see is that you killed your parents. How can you do this? ¿¡How!? "
Daziel still hadn't responded yet.
...
"Okay, then I'll tell the Duchess Karma. You are accused for treason and also for murdering your family, including your father, who was part of the Ionian high command. Since you did this, you should be banished from Ionia but it will be better the death."
After saying that, he drew a long sword. And then he was about to execute Daziel for their crimes, but suddenly..
"What would you do if indeed those who killed my parents were four noxians and not me? Staying silent, without telling it to Miss Karma or well say nothing about this?" said Daziel. But then, a feeling of madness had already taken Daziel.
With this, the man stayed silent. It passed a bit until..
"Lord, I'm back! I already informed the Duchess and is coming here now! And said that the accusation is okay!" said a soldier who had left a while ago and had now returned without anyone noticing.
"Understood. Then, Daziel.."
But Daziel talked once more.
"Since you falsely blamed me for something like this, in addition to banish.." the man was going to say something but just then..
As the rain hit the floor and fell like turrent, when everything seemed to be the end, Daziel finally moved. The man was right there in front of everyone, feeling how his armor was pierced and finally feeling how a long blade was going through his flesh, while his blood was flowing from the wound.
"Finally you got off the guard. And ... I'd would like to be the second Unforgiven as like the master of the wind, Yasuo. I can not forgive myself for doing this, but I can not stand that someone like you and you guys think that someone like I have killed my parents, with what you falsely accuse me."Daziel said as he slowly drew his blade of the already pierced man's meat.
"Very well, then.. It's the hour." said Daziel, finally getting up.
In what looked like a scene where the protagonist killed the antagonist, Daziel drew another blade and held it in his other hand. And then he ran to the group of soldiers who were in shock, paralyzed of the horror. The soldiers fell one by one, each with cuts in different parts of the body caused by Daziel's blades. And it was then that, after killing the last soldier, Daziel looked up toward the night sky.
"This is nothing more than the beginning. I hope to meet you Yasuo, the Unforgiven..." said, Daziel and went into the woods of Ionia, and knowing that with what he did, he never could return to his homeland.

Daziel's Kit
Passive: Courage and Madness
The courage of Daziel is so strong that any critical hit he receives is weakened by its resistance and courage.
Depending on Daziel's level, the total critical damage of any critical hit Daziel receives is reduced:
Level 4: -10% Level 8: -20% Level 12: -30% Level 16: -40%
Also, whenever Daziel kills an enemy, enters a state of madness for 2.5 seconds, in which the damage of Daziel's basic attacks during this period increase depending on the level of Daziel:
Level 4: +7% Level 8: +14% Level 12: +21% Level 16: +28%
Q: Destroy the Will Range: 275
Daziel gives a quick and strong blow to its target in the body, causing it to move backward 200 meters, and receive 30/55/80/105/130 (+70% Attack Damage) physical damage. If Daziel does it from behind, his target is pushed 300 meters and receives the same amount of damage but increased by 5/10/15/20/25%.
Bonus if used during Ultimate: Daziel delivers a powerful blow to a vital part of his target, causing his target to blood for 30/50/70/90/110 (+30% Attack Damage) physical damage for 3 seconds after the duration. Also, if the target has been damaged by this skill before the Ultimate for a period of 3 seconds, the Ultimate's total damage increases by 20/40/60/80/100.
W: Swift Range: 350
Daziel runs forward. After reaching its maximum range, if Daziel hasn't collided with a enemy champion during or after the race, Daziel's movement speed will be increased by 10/15/20/25/30%. If during the race he collides with an enemy champion, Daziel will deal a quick cut in his target's body with his blade, reducing their movement speed by 15% for 2.5 seconds and inflicting 40/55/70/85/100 (+60% Attack damage) physical damage. However, Daziel will not receive the movement speed bonus.
Bonus if used during Ultimate: At the end of the duration, the target is miniaturded for 0.75 seconds and the attack speed of Daziel is increased by 30/40/50/60/70% for 3.5 seconds. However, Daziel basic attacks during this period inflict 30% less damage unless the target has been affected by "Destroy the Will" during Daziel's Ultimate. Also, if the target has been hit by this skill before the Ultimate for a period of 3 seconds, the Ultimate's total damage increases by 10/25/40/55/70.
E: Break Courage Range: 275
Daziel draws his dagger and strikes a lethal stab to his target, dealing magic damage depending on the defenses his target have. The amount of magic damage that the target will receive is random and the respective amount will be depending on the defenses the target has. If the damage the target takes exceeds the amount of armor the target has, the damage he receives increases by 15%.
30-60 Armor: 30-45 / 45-60 / 60-75 / 75-90 / 90-105 (+35% Attack Damage) magic damage. 60-100 Armor: 50-65 / 65-80 / 80-95 / 95-110 / 110-125 (+38% Attack Damage) magic damage. 100-180 Armor: 70-90 / 90-110 / 110-130 / 130-150 / 150-170 (+41% Attack Damage) magic damage. 180-300 Armor: 100-125 / 125-150 / 150-175 / 175-200 / 200-225 (+44% Attack Damage) magic damage.
Bonus if used during the Ultimate: Daziel uses his special dagger and seeks the vital points of the target, getting through his defenses. At the end of the duration, if the target has not been affected by "Destroy the Will" during the Ultimate, it will have reduced its armor by 30% and magic resistance by 15% for 3 seconds, whereas if the target has been affected, the bleed damage will increase by 10/15/20/25/30%.
R: Slow Death Range: 550
Daziel recovers his assassin insticts of his past, with what he prepares to kill his target.
Daziel runs behind his target and quickly gives a precise and strong blow to the neck of his target, causing it to be knocked out. Meanwhile, Daziel will give blows to his victim, depending on the number of skills he don't have on cooldown at the moment he used the skill, but if he has all his basic skills on cooldown, he will give only 1 hit in one part of his victim's body, dealing 55/110/165 (+20% Attack damage) physical damage.
A maximum of 4 blows can be made up to a maximum damage of 220/440/660 (+80% Attack Damage) physical damage. Also, if Daziel have at least one skill without being in cooldown before using Slow Death, the target will be suppressed for 1 second, and during that time Daziel has the capacity to use such skill that is still not in cooldown to increase the effectiveness of his murder, up to 3 seconds of suppression. However, if Daziel does not use any skill that is not in cooldown during the suppression, Daziel will only give a number of blows depending on how many abilities he hadn't on cooldown during the Ultimate and finish his target.
Slow Death can be cancelled while casting by hard Crow Controls like Stun, Airborne, Knockback, Silence, etc.
Explanations of the Champion: Daziel is a AD Assassin mainly based on doing GREAT amount of damage to a simple target. And because of the mechanics the champion has, his difficult can normally be 8/10 or even 9/10, because it's mechanics are really hard to dominate. Just imagine yourself doing to someone the combo: R+Q+W+E and later when the Ultimate finishes, your target receives the Ultimate's max damage that depends on how many skills you hadn't on cooldown after using the Ultimate (Example: If you don't have in cooldown Daziel's Q and W and the E is the only one skill on cooldown, then your target will receive just 3 blows, meaning 75% of the maximum Ultimate's damage.).
Apart of his Assassin role, he is based ONLY on doing great amounts of damage to a simple target, so let's say once Daziel reaches level 6, he should 1v1 everyone, except for hard tanks, for example Volibear, Renekton, etc. But, Daziel is VERY skill dependant, because if you use the ult but if you fail to do the Ultimate's combo, you will do not deal MAXIMUM damage to your target.

Oh and also I forgot, if someone has any doubt about me, for example: "How come you are a level 8 summoner and you know much?", the only answer that I'll leave to all these kind of questions is that I'm level 30 on LAS, my division is Silver II.. but with Gold soul ;) (Yup, atm playing rankeds with my mains to try get out of Silver).
