Bio A demon created by a failed experiment from a necromancer messing with Vastayan corpses and dark magic. The beast is a twisted form of random bones on for legs with large pincer claw like things on one side of it and a tail. It lacks a head and a face. and covered in dried blood. {i know this is a shit bio with little effort, its 1 am im tired and dont feel like putting more than this into it}

Base Stats HP: 575 (+95) Regen: 11 (+1.2) AD: 65 (+5.5) AS: .640 (+1.7%) Armor: 32 (+3.75) MR: 32.1 (+1.25) MS: 355 Range: 125

[P] Excited Blood Lust Apok's next ability or attack will mark an enemy for 2 seconds {4s CD per unit}. While the target is marked Apok gains MS {up to a maximum of 50% MS} equal to 50% of their missing health while moving towards them and heals for damage dealt to them equal to 25% of their missing health {up to a maximum of 25% healing}

[Q] Corpse Desecration [Passive] Apok picks up corpses he kills up to a maximum of 6. Maximum is achieved by any of the following: 6 minions/small monsters, 2 large monsters or 1 enemy champion [Active] Apok causes all of he corpses he has collected to explode dealing 90/150/210/270/330 (+10% Bonus HP) as magic damage in a radius. If Apok does not have a full corpse collection he can sacrifice 5% current HP for each corpse he is missing

CD: 12/11/10/9/8 Cost: - - Range: 500 radius

[W] Skeletal Deconstruction [Passive]: Apok ignores armor equal to 10%/20%/30%/40%/50% of the targets missing health [Active]: Apok's next attack will grant him armor equal to 50% of the targets for 2.5 seconds increased by .5 seconds each time Excited Blood Lust is applied

CD: 18/17/16/15/14 Cost: 5% current HP Range: - -

[E] Dread Hunt Apok leaps forward dealing 100%/105%/110%/115%/120% AD physical damage in a small radius on impact. If the Ability does not damage an enemy (excluding minions) the CD is instantly refunded but the cost increases by 100%. If Dread Hunt is used 5 times in a row without damaging an enemy champion or monster it will deal 150% damage and apply a 1.25 second fear to targets damaged.

CD: 8 Cost: 3% current hp Range: 350 dash / 200 landing radius

[R] Behemoth Apok tears into an enemy champion dealing 150/200/250 (+75% Bonus AD) physical damage. Damage is increased by 1.5% per 1% missing health. Resets on kill.

CD: 12/9/6 Cost: 10% current Hp Range: 300

This doesn't specify how it's triggered anywhere, so... Okay?

Assuming this explodes around him, this is actually a fairly balanced ability. Decent casting requirements, potential cost, damage (though it's rather high, within reason), and range. Well done.

Bullshit. That passive is complete bullshit. No matter who you are or what you build, it's basically impossible to have more armor than 50% of your HP, and most tanks only approach 10%, so... Bullshit.

The active is fine, I guess, but it's still rather overpowered. This is a Trundle Ult worthy effect as a reliable basic ability.

The complete refund is kind of dumb, giving him up to 5 dashes (the is a 4% HP leftover) with no secondary requirements. On top of that, I ran that with the assumption that it was doubling each time, but the way you phrased it might leave it to .3/.6/.9/.12 ad nosium, at which case he's basically Kassadin in URF.

A high damage resetting execute with a tiny cooldown even when it isn't reset which bears no real cost if he just gets a Death's Dance. Imagine if Darius' ult was this for a second. Then give Darius infinite dashes, more than 100% armor pen, and an AoE burst without an significant delay or positioning requirements. Brilliant.
