Belongs into the Warring Kingdoms skinline, he is a jade golem possessed by the ghost of an ancient warrior! Green spooky animations instead of the usual electricity.
Starguardian Caitlyn
I need this to happen. Caitlyn could be the intelligent and talented class represent. Friends with Vi, who is in the same Star Guardian team. Could be inspired by Mami Tomoe from Puella Magi Madoka Magica.
Bloodmoon Camille
Inspired by the kuchisake-onna (Japanese ghost story), white mask with split wide open mouth. One half of a scissor for each leg, kunai for her hookshot, Passive could be a blood-orb (AD shield) or twirling ghosts (AP shield).
Zombie Dr. Mundo
I think this guy could use a skin that is a bit more serious and I would love to bring back the Zombie/Zombie Slayer skin lines. W could be balls of pus, similar to what Nunu has.
Poolparty Ekko
His skill animations are perfect for that skin line. Q could be a frisbee, W a big bubble, E would have watersplash effects when dashing and his R would be him doing the cannonball with big watersplash.
Sandstorm Ezreal
Shuriman design. E makes him disappear with sand particals. Also sand particals for his Q and R.
Witch Doctor Heimerdinger
Looks like a witch doctor, maybe including a typical mask. His Qs are replaced with totems shooting with magic. His W uses magic bolts instead of rockets. E is a flask with a potion he throws.
Program Janna
Polygon designs for skills like Program Nami. Her W is a little floating bot instead of a bird. His shield looks holographic.
Resistance Jayce
Fighting the Battlecasts at Illaoi's side. Built his hammer out of parts he got from Battlecasts he destroyed. Makes him look less like a handsome guy and more "rugged", uses red colours for skill effects.
Demon Jinx
A skin to match Demon Vi. I just want to see Jinx with cute little horns.
Starguardian Orianna
Another member of the new squad. She got injured heavily in a fight and the first star managed to save her by granting her a new, magical, artificial body. Her ball is her familiar floating in an orb.
Ghost Hunter Singed
His bottle on the back is a device he traps ghosts in instead. His W throws ectoplasma. Could be a new Halloween skin line, referencing the Ghostbusters.
Firecracker Twitch
Something in that direction will definitely happen next year anyway, since 2020 is the year of the rat. I could see his skills working with fireworks (for example, shooting little firework rockets at enemies with his E). Maybe they do something ike Lunar Revel instead.
Mafia Urgot
Referencing his early development as a chembaron, acting like a godfather. There already is a concept in the internet for it, making him look a bit more classy. Give him a tommy gun for his right arm.
Starguardian Vi
In the same team like Caitlyn. Is a troublemaker and tomboy, always wants to brawl. Maybe even some love hinted between her and Caitlyn. Has 2 familiars forming her gauntlets, similar to Miss Fortune.
Secret Boss Viktor
Battle Boss skin for Viktor, his lasers and overall skills would work great with the pixel visuals and would be fitting for a game boss.
Elderwood Warwick
He is an ancient forest spirit. The chemchamber on his back is a tree stump instead. Looks like a wolf made out of leaves.
Program Zac
Zac has a core and his body is made out of holograms surrounding that core.
His blobs are polygons he loses and can recollect. If he dies, then there are 4 holographic blobs trying to reach the core in the middle.
Firecracker Ziggs
Skin alongside Twitch for the year of the rat. Has a Chinese outfit and firecrackers for all his attacks.
