Fiddlesticks, the Face of Fear (Full Kit Rework Concept)
Passive - Gouge 45 second Cooldown; Radius 750 units "He always tries to be unseen, even though it usually doesn't change the outcome..."
Whenever Gouge is up the next enemy Ward Fiddlesticks is seen by is attacked by a hungry crow, disabling and revealing it for 4 seconds and damaging it for 1/2/3 (Levels 1/7/13) health.
Q - Jumpscare 16/15/14/13/12 seconds Cooldown; 70 Mana; 525 Range/525 Range + 75° Cone when empowered "The Smiling Scarecrow seeks those that do not fear him... yet."
Fiddlesticks smiles at a targeted enemy, Fearing them for 0.7 seconds and refunding 50% of Jumpscare's Cooldown and Mana cost.
If Fiddlesticks hasn't been seen by the enemy team for 6 seconds he becomes impatient, gaining 60 out of combat Movement Speed. Once seen he breaks into a sprint, gaining an additional 10/15/20/25/30% MS on top of the normal bonus (even in combat) for 2.5 seconds. During this time he can use the Unseen Jumpscare (Empowered)
Unseen Jumpscare Fears all enemies in a cone for 1.1/1.3/1.5/1.7/1.9 seconds, not reducing its Mana Cost/Cooldown. Feared units take 15% increased Magic Damage from Fiddlesticks.
W - Gather the Crops 11 seconds Cooldown; 50/60/70/80/90 Mana; 850 range/175 width "You will not have the time to say goodbye to your soul..."
1st cast: Fiddlesticks throws a spectral scythe in a target direction, damaging all small units on the way, but getting stuck in the first enemy champion or large/epic monster it hits, damaging all hit units for 40/65/90/115/140 (+0.3 AP) + 2/4/6/8/10% Current Health as Magic Damage. The enemy the scythe is stuck in is Cursed.
On 2nd cast, or after 5 seconds, Fiddlesticks calls the scythe back to himself, damaging the Cursed target and all hit units for 40/65/90/115/140 (+0.3 AP) + 2/4/6/8/10% of Missing Health as Magic Damage.
As the scythe returns to Fiddlesticks, he is Healed for 50/60/70/80/90% of the damage the Cursed unit took over its duration, including Gather the Crops 2 own damage instances.
E - Dark Wind 9 seconds Cooldown; 60 Mana; 700 Cast Range/200 Radius "The few survivors say their last sights were his smile, then the crows' beaks..."
Fiddlesticks sends a large swarm of Crows in the direction of a targeted enemy. If the enemy is not hit by Dark Wind it instead seeks another nearby target after waiting 1.5 seconds. When a target is attacked by the Crows they take 70/100/130/160/190 (+0.7 AP) magic Damage over 1.5 seconds, in this time the attacked enemy is also Silenced.
After this time the swarm seeks another target to attack, prioritizing Cursed Units then Champions. Dark Wind can fly to up to 5 enemies in total. If it cannot find another target it vanishes after a short time. Whenever Dark Wind attacks a large/epic Monster its Cooldown is reduced by 2 seconds.
R - Crowstorm 145/130/115 seconds Cooldown; 100 Mana; Blink: 750/Radius: 650 "A vortex of claws, beaks, blades and laughter."
After channeling for 1.5 seconds, Fiddlesticks reappears at a previously targeted location, surrounded by a murder of hungry crows for 4 seconds. Crowstorm damages all enemies inside for a total of 600/900/1200 (+1.8 AP) magic Damage over its duration. (150/225/300 + 0.45 AP per second; ticks every half second)
Enemies inside Crowstorm are shortsighted and can't see outside of it, and vice versa enemies outside cannot see or target allies inside.
