Do you mean his skill? Also if you're going to post something along these lines, offer clarification and lay the groundwork for a discussion. No one's going to see this and just be prompted to change him. These are big decisions that involve tons of people and take time. So work to foster a discussion if you want to be taken somewhat seriously.
