Where is the new Sion Skin?

i think Sion deserves a new skin. he's an amazing champion with a lot of cc. he is coming back into the meta and i think he deserves a new skin considering his last new skin was a LONG time ago. i know he recently got a rework but i think he still deserves a Badass skin. as a Sion main I would love to have a skin but i find all of his skins to be bland. i think riot should make at least a legendary skin. even Mundo has a legendary skin... Please consider my request. thank you.
