Profile: Separate Icon and Banner

Hii,

im new to the boards tab. but i kinda have a idea that has been stuck in my head for a while now. everyone likes their own summoner icons thats what make the players so unique. but i have a couple of skins with a banner. and my idea was: can we like make riot get it to change so we can get a saparate icon with a cool looking banner for your profile. for example. you have the DJ Sona skin and you don't like the icon that much but you do like the banner. than you can change the icon but let the border stay. idk if this is like a fun thing to have but it was just stuck in my mind.
