The Hydrosoul
The Hydrosoul was the title for a champion riot had thought of a long time ago. He was a water mage and they scrapped him due to issues with not having the technology to animate him the way they would have wanted. I think bring him back would be an awesome addition to league. He could have history with Fizz, Nami, and Nautilus. He could also be the God of the oceans. This is my idea what he could look like and abilities he could have. (I did not draw this picture but you get the idea)
Passive- "Drowning" Two parts to this 1st part is in river his abilities effect is in a larger area making him someone you don't wanna fight dragon or baron over. The next part is that any enemies hit back his abilities get a debuff called drowned which acts like a small expose weakness mastery. They take a small amount of increased damage from allies for a short while.
Q- "Whirlpool" An aoe circle ability that slows and deals damage over time. Pretty straight forward ability. About the size of Zyra Q in lane/Anivia Ult in river
W- "Tidal Wave" A wave (Much like nami's ult but smaller) Pushes enemies back and does damage This is your waveclear/poke ability About the size of Yasuo's windwall (level 1) in lane/Nami ult in river
E- "Resurface" A small knock up that does very little damage Another very basic ability. About the size of teemo in lane/gromp's hit box in river
R- "King of the deep" The Hydrosoul throws is arms into the ground and out comes to large hands made of water that grab one enemy and prevent them from moving (Think morgana Q) This does a good amount of damage. Can only work on 1 enemy. Passive has no effect on this ability so does not change size in river.
As you can see from the abilities he is more of a burst mid mage but also could possibly be a support caster like annie. He would be relatively easy to play and has plenty of CC/damage. Please let me know what you think and if you like this. I admit I'm not fond of the passive or the names of his abilities but those can always change. [slayer-jinx-catface]
