Pirate Gnaaarrrrrrrrr!

I have no art or anything but I have ideas. Mini form he has a pirate costume, mega form he could have a shredded pirate costume (maybe).

Q - mini throws a hook, mega throws a ship.

W,E,R - maybe add some splash effects but really no change needed.
