I think it's time that Dr.Mundo got a new skin

I was thinking that it has been a while since Dr.Mundo has got a new skin, and I think that it would be great if this masterpiece that I made was made into an actual skin. I was thinking that he would be called, "Dr.Mundog" and he would throw a bone. I know that they already made Pug'maw but this could still work out.
