Omen: The Canceled

Make the guy a jungle-focused ad "mage/fighter" like Queieueiiana mixed with Syndra. Riot said the canceled him because they couldnt decide to go ranged or melee? I say, do both! Have him base melee roght, but his W was said to be some sort of spike cask thing. Well have something in the ability proc a passive with some sort of targeted effect on hit like an armor shred or bonus damage or something. This would synergize with ganking and what not plus be fairly unique. He also had a slow on his e so this would make him a good fighter during one of them windows of power riot loves so much. Essentially his q was a damaging skillshot that could proc his w, his w was the cask/spike thing and picture it with my idea above kinda like old urgots flying chainsaws, except its an empowered tail lash or Wolverine's-brother-esque spike throw on omen's auto attack instead of another ability. (Forgive me nerds, i didnt follow that enough to know more about the guy. :3 ) Something else unique is to let the duration of the empowered autos last longer if the target was in Omen's channeled ult when they got hit by his w. Anyways it's late im tired and this might not be the most coherent wall of text, but

TL:DR have his W empower Omen's auto attacks to turn him from an AD melee dog looking thing to flying hedgehog spikes of death so you dont need to decide on melee vs ranged. Yay! Windows of power. Goodnight my dudes
