Honoring Soldiers: A New Champ

Ok, so I know this is kind of out of the "era" of League, but I thought of a champion that would be cool and honor soldiers. Imagine someone looking like Tom Hanks in Saving Private Ryan but a paratrooper with a Thompson submachine gun. Q- "Frag Out!". Throws a grenade that knocks back and makes a smokescreen like Graves, but slightly smaller. W- "Run and Gun". Slides a decent distance and fires a ton of bullets as he is sliding of to one side, like a longer Tumble with the Lucian ult, but weaker. E- "Take Cover". Active- Runs to a certain point and any ally nearby gets pulled behind a trench blocking projectiles. Passive- Allies that are within 2000 get more movement speed ( 3-4% additional speed). R- "Air Strike". Calls in an air strike. A plane lands nearby. He rushes to it and gets in, allies have 7 seconds to get in ( click like Thresh lantern) or the summoner can hit R again to get in the air. The plane then goes on a long bombing run like 10x Corki's Valkyrie and then all champs are dropped at the end location. You can jump out any time, and the soldier aims it once it takes off, heading in his summoner's cursor direction. Bombs deal damage to towers. Passive- "Veteran". When close enough, the soldier attacks with a knife. 7 knife hits make a "care package" drop nearby. Nearby allied champions are healed and regain mana for 10 seconds. Please post any ideas, pics, or critiques, or names for this character (calling him Private Ryan right now). I welcome any advice or ideas! Dragonbloodfire
