High Noon Tresh / West Thresh

I recentrly had an idea for a new skin. I know that, kinda recently, you brang life to a new Thresh skin and I got an idea for a new skin for him. What about Thresh being in the Wild West? Like, his hook would turn into a rope that he uses like Indiana Jones' whip, which he uses to catch his enemies. His face would be an pale skull burning, his Flay would move the sands, and his W (which I don't mind the name right now) would be like an old oil lantern, and his ultimate would be some doors saying "Saloon". And his recall could be like he whistling and a a bone pale horse in flames (like the other dude in the "Ghost Rider") appears, then Thresh mounts the horse and disappears...
