Server To be Created for West Asia and Africa

There is one investigation showing that more than 10 million Video Game Players in Middle East and Africa will have to bear more than 500 FPS if they are going to play League of Legends, we do hope the server in Middle East or Africa could be created immediately not only for the company profits but also for a better competition environment for global users.

I do hope this could be accepted and I will devote all my efforts in this regard if required.
