New Champion: Eetrix

I've come up with an idea of a new champion. I would appreciate any kind of feedback :)

Eetrix ( Aatrox cousin, he looks like Aatrox but more ninjastyled)

Passive: When below 40% health his abbilities gains 3 seconds less cooldown

Q: He throws one of his swords If stuck on an enemy champion he can throw himself onto that champion

W: Passive: Eextrix gains 10% attack speed Active: Makes 4 Shadows of him around the enemy/monster while he is invisible for 2 seconds

E: (On enemy) Eetrix pose and can choose an enemy/monster/minion that he jumpes on to knocking all the enemys in this area slows them for 25% of their movement speed

R: While using W Eextrix shadows spread in a bigger circle and 6 shadows appear slowing the all enemies in this area by 80% while Eextrix Gains 3 Dashes. Eextrix chooses a shadow to dash to if the dash passes through an enemy he deals damage
