Hello! I was so excited about the firecracker jinx skin, only to flip to it, and find that it was unavailable. I am a complete noob when it comes to skin releases. My question is - Why would they include the new skin in the patch, and not make it available for sale? Does anyone know when it will be available for purchase?

Not all content is unlocked on the first day of the patch! Firecracker Jinx, Warring Kingdoms Nidalee and Warring Kingdoms Katarina will be available a bit later this patch. :]

. They were made last year, put in the game last year but weren't actually made available till this year.

I very much doubt that, that's like releasing a Christmas skin on Christmas day. It will be a week or so before Chinese new year. Like the riot post on the previous page, last year was February the 8th and will be a similar date this year.

Riot Katey Khaos tweeted out that this is a bug and, while it won't be fixed for her release during 5.2, it will be added back in very soon. "Firecracker Jinx not playing new mini-gun sound is a bug! It won't be fixed for release, but we'll be adding the sounds back in!"

Well the Annie skin was announced to be released closer to Valentines Day along with Heartseeker Varus. I don't know about all the other skins though. And the Google images was probably people in PBE posting screenshots of them when they were testing her out for bugs and what not.
