Hello! I was so excited about the firecracker jinx skin, only to flip to it, and find that it was unavailable. I am a complete noob when it comes to skin releases. My question is - Why would they include the new skin in the patch, and not make it available for sale? Does anyone know when it will be available for purchase?

Not all content is unlocked on the first day of the patch! Firecracker Jinx, Warring Kingdoms Nidalee and Warring Kingdoms Katarina will be available a bit later this patch. :]
I already got my money down for this skin. just hoping it comes out soon... REALLY soon.

i was wondering to but most likely on chinese new year but not a 100%

yea, just be patient...should be out sometime later this week or next. Looking forward to both that one and Warring Kingdoms Nidalee...and I don't even play Nid lol.
On the PBE and in the SkinSpotlight's preview video, several have noticed the upcoming Firecracker Jinx skin is missing the unique sound effects for her mini gun.
Riot Katey Khaos tweeted out that this is a bug and, while it won't be fixed for her release during 5.2, it will be added back in very soon. "Firecracker Jinx not playing new mini-gun sound is a bug! It won't be fixed for release, but we'll be adding the sounds back in!"
I logged on hoping for the new Jinx skin and the new Annie skin... to find that I couldn't buy it too... #iCried #SavedUpForNoReason but really, will we be able to buy it or will it stay unavailable? On google images ppl were using the new skin. I'm kinda confused.
