No Butcher Urgot Border for the OG's ?

As much as i would love having this border, theres no significant reason for it to have a border. Its just a normal legacy skin.

Would be cool though. What about something like this?:

Why do people want to feel special about having a skin before other people have them :/

Because then riot would basically have to make a border for every legacy skin that is made available again. Also, Butcher Urgot has been made available in the store countless times and isn't particularly rare.

Its literally just a legacy skin
