I found this earlier today, just look at this crazy jazz! It suits him so perfectly, keeping the whimsical feel of the character while making him a little more badass. How is this not a skin already I mean omg, Tahm needs a new skin and hey presto here we are.
I always find it funny how fans create better stuff than the actual company. Like they put more work into it
I swear I've seen this concept like on 6 different threads, why isn't this a thing, I don't think riot has ever made anything that was in concept and creations.
Would prefer a Cheshire Cat theme, but this is pretty rad too.

Yea this needs to happen, not the first thread someone made of this, I think this it is totally do-able. I would buy even a toned down version of this.
