I found this earlier today, just look at this crazy jazz! It suits him so perfectly, keeping the whimsical feel of the character while making him a little more badass. How is this not a skin already I mean omg, Tahm needs a new skin and hey presto here we are.

Riot has said things about emotes, skins, etc. needing to have less detail than we might want so that it wouldn't look so cramped in game.
How would this skin move, the abilities having effects like newer skins for particles or problems like what battlecast illaoi had with her tentacle design not working with how her tentacles moved or stretched.
Not to be a complete critic, because I think it's possible that these designs could work it's just that looking down on riot like this is overlooking things!
