Nyan cat rengar or nidalee
It would be a hilarious thing to make Rengar have a funny skin or Nidalee have one. with Rengar being a poptart, holding a knife and fork and when he ults it plays nyan cat to all enemies near him it would be great

No it would have to Rengar or Nidalee and when ever ether of them use there ults it plays the song
