New Vel'koz Skin

I think needs a new skin and i have a good idea. Deep Sea Koz or Deep Terror Koz. He would be an octopus and his q would be a bubble which busts, his w would be like 2 colliding waves when it explodes, and his his e would be a water explosion that erupts from the center and his ult would be a water jet. I think this is a good idea and i hope riot would look at this. Any other suggestions, battle cast vel'koz just doesn't do it for me.
