Annie Champ Rework Suggestion

I have seen the past April Fools Patch Notes.... and i have been thinking. There needs to be an Annie rework. The idea of her being a small child and growing up as she levels up is something that I found as very interesting. I think that this would be a great addition to the game and many Annie mains would support this. Annie is a very powerful and dark little girl and she can get very scary at times. I think the rework should go something like this:

Annie gains increased range as she gets older and her spells scale as she grows up as well, but......... Tibbers will be severely weakened as she gets older given that she would be growing out of him, so she has less faith in him. It shouldn't be a huge scale on range and abilities (Slight but noticeable) so that she isn't too overpowering. Tibbers though should have a significant decrease in his entry, attacks, and defenses. He should also begin to look scrappy (More than he already does) and smaller.

I hope this grabs the attention of someone who matters......
