New character concept (twins) Diamond/ Duke

My idea behind this concept was someone to rival the brothers ( Draven and Darius). So i put together a brother/sister duo that can stand up and rival the brothers of league. The names i decided on was Diamond and Duke. the back round i was torn

Lore: They lived in Demacia it was Duke and Diamond with their father who was a farmer. But both duke and diamond grew up with draven and Darius so they were always fighting with each other and getting stronger. as they grew up the father had to do thing just to keep them surviving sometimes those things were not legal so the siblings grew up in different environments. The brother and sister they were just as good as the brothers but they were never celebrated like them anything that draven could do with axes diamond wanted to do with her whips and do them better.Duke the older brother was very protective over his sister and he was always getting her out of trouble so he got very good with using shields so he could block her he found them so useful that he used two of them. He didn't find a need for a sword since he so good with his shields he could attack and block with them. when they were older diamond had a crush on draven since they were always together working on their craft they grew very closebut things changed after Their father ended up getting caught for his actions. diamond and duke pleaded with Darius and Draven to save his life but then Draven was forced to kill their father in his spectacle of executions after him being in prison. After that day Diamond and Duke moved out of the city since they couldnt stand the site of the brother after that and lived on the edge of law they weren't outlaws but they sure acted as such but no body wanted to rival them since they were such great fighters. they always vowed to get back the brothers for what they did to their father.

The sister will have 2 whips on her for her weapons of choice. Her appearance will consist of a black leather vest and a white tank top jeans with rips in them and have boots on with long blonde hair in a pony tail with some hair in her face so she can push it back. she also will have a slender build

Diamond (Sister): role: ADC passive : every 4 hit on a target she will attack with both her whips

Q: extendo whip: extends her whip to grab the target ( champs, minions, walls). hit q again will bring target towards her. Will be a skill shot.

W: double whip: spins her whips around her in a circle. can block incoming attacks and it deals damage inside to radius of her whips.

E: whip fury: ( attack speed increase)

R: the Round up: ties up enemy's uses her whips and executes them ( wraps whip around neck )

The Brother will have his two shields as his weapons/ defense of choice. His appearance will be a big build guy with white tee, blue jeans and yellow boots. (maybe tattoos on arms). also can wear a hat or have bandanna.

Duke ( Brother): Role: tank/ damage Passive: every 4 hit on a target it daze target for 2 seconds slowing them and disorient them so they cant auto attack 2 seconds.

Q: Charge stun: brings up his shields and charges forwards taking 50% less damage for some time and stuns enemy's in his path. ( skill shot).

W: pummel: multiple enemy's with shield bashes.

E: throw shields to block enemy's shields will get bigger the more points you put in them almost like (anivia wall) but once duke gets away from them he pulls them back to him. or if you hit E again he will travel to his shield.

R: Shock wave: slams shields on ground, circle pulses out from him stuns anyone within the circle and slows anyone in an outer larger circle.

This is my idea hopefully people like it and enjoy it or even build on it... I didn't draw them since i am not a good artiest and i also did do real damage since they seem to change. same with stuns and slows. This is just a rough concept so Dont be too hard it.
