Rammus skin "eyes" (opinions please)

I hadn't realized it, but those were horns I thought were eyes, his actual eyes are beneath his body I really want to get this skin, but I know it could be way better. the splash art looks amaaazing but having horns for eyes? I hope riot realizes what it looks like and puts his eyes where they should be.

those red eyes in the splash art are so cool. also the wings when he uses his q looks bad :/ hard to understand how that makes any sense at all for a kind of beetle to have it out while rolling
