Minion skins as customization options

With all the events of the past few years there have been numerous event related minion skins that have been only used once or twice. And with the current focus on customization in league. I feel it would both be beneficial and profitable to allow players to purchase minion skins to use.

There is even the possibility to have tiered minion skins similar to champ skins.

With the black market brawler and project being "legendary" And things like pool party, Draven, and the snow down skins being normal. This also opens the possibility of

Now the issue of multiple people having minion skins can be resolved rather easily.

With a simple vote during champ select between all people on the team.
So if person A has snow down and person B has project. All 5 players on the team get to vote for either A or B,If there is a tie it is randomly selected; Similar to one for all champ select.

This also opens the ability to create non event minion skins. Such as void, undead, mecha on the generic side.

Or even silly things like micro skins that could be sold individually. Teeny Darius super minions. Or vel coz caster minions. Who wouldn't want an army of tiny Vi's punching things.

It would be easy to sort them out with adc's and squishy mages being caster minions melee assassin's and fighters being melee minions.

Ranged bruiser being seige minions. And super minions being juggernauts.
