I believe this simple addition should have been added into League since the early days.

No longer will buying many different runes and such be annoying.

Great drawing, but I feel like most people don't have the IP to make putting in the work for making this a good idea. Have you ever gone into the shop to buy more than 2 different kind of runes? I know I haven't :/
