Watch LCS differently

Ok so I don't know if this has been mentioned before because i couldn't really think of a way to google this. I think it would be cool if you could pay to watch the LCS games being able to watch the game in client where you could control the map, and be able to listen to the team talking to each other. Like pay to where you could watch a team for that weekend for 5 bucks and make it to where you could spend 20 bucks for the entire season. Also they could throw in some skins if their team wins or IP/RP. Have a message menu that make it to where you can write posts (That would be viewed so that nothing terrible gets put on live stream lol) and have it scroll along the bottom of the screen when the shoutcasters are talking pre/post game. Anyways just a thought, let me know if it has been talked about before or if it has already been shut down.
