Virus Fizz

I figured that since there's a video game theme, and Fizz looks kinda like a virus, therefore Virus Fizz was created. I haven't really gotten the full details worked out yet but I'm thinking that his ult will be a monster that resemble Pac-man. Fizz will throw out a yellow 8-bits ball on the ground, a sea of 8-bits will form and the Pac-man like monster will come out and chomp on people
