after the visual rework, its BY FUUUUUUUCKING FAR his best skin and it should be permanently available

Hey Godzillion,

Skins like Black Alistar and Human Ryze were awarded to players who preordered the Collector's Edition of League of Legends. At this time we don't have plans to make these skins available for purchase, or by other means.
