Please make a proper Cassiopeia skin

I mean all the Cassiopeia skins currently look sooo outdated, and they are! The latest skin was released in February 2013..... Not a single one has unique particle effects. The "best" skin for her right now is Jade Fang (imo) and it just.... sucks. She's lacking proper skins! Just look at Jhin for example, a much newer champ who has 3 skins that are all absolutely gorgeous in their own way. Cassio deserves more!

The least she deserves is a legendary tier skin, after all she's been waiting since four and half years already. Just look at Zyra's last skinrelease, she didn't even wait remotely as long to receive something of that quality.
