New Nasus skin, Nagus, or Deep Sea Nasus

Dear Riot,

I had an inspiring idea for a new Nasus skin called Nagus, or Deep Sea Nasus. Is everyone familiar with Nagas? Or the idea of Atlantis? I am thinking something along those lines. I thought instead of having his 2h axe, it would be a 2h trident. His wither would look like little bubbly hot springs appear at the enemy champs feet, with the sound of boiling water. His spirit fire would resemble a whirl pool look, with a nice splashing sound after he casts it with the sound of whirling water. I think he should keep the snake like body no legs. So he would slither sort of. His ult would look so cool. I would suit him up in shiny silver battle armor. That is my idea.
