its basic but it in Aram and the flag can be seen through brush but no turrets and the person with the flag can only go slow and 
is the only one spell you can have but no ultra unless its a character that needs it like Jayce

It might be fun. The might release a variation of it with a skin release or lore event.
Flag is a bit rough if you pick it up. Sounds like ryze and tahm kench are required picks
Wouldn't placing it in SR or TT give you more routes to steal the flag and more time to react to flag getting stolen? Flag should only give true vision like Ascension and no major debuffs (maybe increased CD). TP would be disabled. Flag gets dropped upon hard CC or death.

Sounds like a good idea. Riot really has to look into these ideas, really. We also want a Hide and Seek mode where its just a big ole map with no wards, lots of hiding spots, and perma bans for invis champs.
I'd prefer it to be an original map completely. Just think of what kind of maps you could make with this game mode. Different routes, different obstacles, etc.
