What if you could buy key fragments with ip?
I think this would be a good addition since, for me it's so rare to get a fragment. Might just make hex tech crafting more appealing.

rito has a post stating they might do it but nothing on pbe yet.
It's very iffy because this ends up literally being "Let me just buy keys with IP"
Riot will create this option... on the same patch as the return of tribunal and the solo queue
