On a more serious note, what exactly did you have in mind for this skin? Fake strike posts aren't going to get people to upvote your ideas to bring them to Riot's attention; details and preferably illustrations will. What do you want from this skin idea of yours that his existing skins (i.e. his default or Arclight) do not already provide?
If the only reason you like League is for that skin, I'm not sure League is the game for you.
Also, they can't just make a skin for some random player. I highly doubt you looked through every post becausse you need to read every comment and post.
This is like a post that said they would quit Leagues if Riot doesn't bring the old Twitch or the old Fiora look back.
