First time designing a champion, as such, I will be brief. Xeron (pronounced Zeron) will be a support champion based mainly around manipulation of vision, both benefiting his allies and impairing his enemies. A delicate support, Xeron is not heavily reliant on items and prefers to stay out and away from the line of fire.

Lore: Still to come.

Passive: Mistwalk

Xeron and nearby allies (1000 range, equivalent to Janna's) gain an additional 10% movement speed boost when not visible to enemies.

Explanation: Although not very useful while in combat, this passive will aid allies in getting to lane faster. However, the true usefulness of this passive is to detect whether the area you are in is visible to the enemy and allowing you to de-ward accordingly.

Q: Enroaching Mists 60/65/70/75/80 mana 10 second cooldown

On ally cast: Grants a buff that will provide the ally 100/150/200/250/300 (+0.3 Ability Power) health over 10 seconds. This can stack up to 3 times for a total of 300/450/600/750/900 (+0.9 Ability Power). Further casts past 3 will refresh it back to 3.

On enemy cast: Applies a damage over time for 80/130/180/230/280 (+0.7 Ability Power) over 2 seconds and also slow them by 20/25/30/35/40%.

Explanation: This is Xerons only offensive and defensive ability. The ally cast portion will stack with itself, however, it does require at least some cooldown reduction in order to take advantage of it. Can be very powerful when placed on the ADC going into a fight while fully stacked, however one enemy cast even with full cooldown reduction will prevent you from reapplying the ally bonus.

W: Light the Way No mana cost. 40/35/30/25/20 second cooldown

Passively: Grants 1/2/2/3/4 gold per 5 to Xeron.

Active: Xeron unleashes a wisp from his lantern that will slowly move to the target location, granting vision along the way. The wisp can be seen by the enemy, but cannot be slain. The wisp once reaching the destination will wait there until a total of 10 seconds has elapsed before expiring.

Explanation: A fairly simple ability that grants vision to Xerons team. During the laning phase, the extra gold will help Xeron buy items quicker.

E: Fog Bank 150 mana 30 second cooldown

Xeron will choose a location and begin channeling, causing a large gathering of fog to begin coalescing at the target location. The fog will become larger the longer the ability is channeled. If allies enter the fog bank, it will be treated as if they entered brush and will be unseen by enemies, attacking out of the fog bank will not reveal allies. If enemies enter the the fog bank, they will be slowed by 20/30/35/40/45% but will also be unseen. However, enemies will be blinded, similar to entering a Graves W. Xeron can channel this ability for 4/5/6/7/8 seconds and the fog bank will last for double the time channeled. For example, if Xeron channeled for 6 seconds, the fog bank will last for 12 seconds. For the sake of proc'ing items such as Liandry's Torment, the fog bank will deal 1 damage per second to enemies inside.

Explanation: Xerons signature ability, allowing him to completely change the way team fights are held. Clever use of this will greatly assist his allies while heavily disrupting his enemies. The range is very long on the cast, so it is recommended that Xeron stay out of the way in order to keep up the fog bank for as long as possible.

R: Clouding Fog 100 mana 140/130/120 second cooldown

Xeron blanks out his lantern, allowing the fog to envelop him and his allies, temporarily hiding him and all his allies globally from view for 5/6/7 seconds. This does not stealth you or your allies, however, it instead causes your icons to not show on the minimap. Level one, this will have an audio and visual prompt to enemies, causing the edge of the screens to be cloaked partially in fog and hear a distant quote from Xeron. Level 2, the visual prompt will not appear, only the audio. And finally, level 3 will give no warning to enemies whatsoever. During this time, Xerons passive becomes global and will always be active.

Explanation: A keen eye on an opponent will allow them to be able to escape potential ganks. However, during the late game, this ultimate will be incredibly powerful to initiate with.

Imagine if they put this and a CTF gamemode in... Xeron could ult, teemo could flash the base wall and then stand next to the flag until his passive kicks in and then wait for Xeron's ult to be back up and then Xeron could ult again and Teemo could take the flag and run

Haha. That's a thought. Any ideas on the champ though? Does he sound balanced?
