what if???

i was thinking what if on the weekend of the anniversary of league of legend all players can get to play for free any champ with any skin available in the game...i think that might make people buy more skins i mean just 3 days each year idk if anyone thought abut this in Riot company but still look into the idea i believe it will raise more skin sells
