Update! both visual and perhaps Stat Wise

Now I play Varus quite often and would even dare to say he is my favorite adc, but too often I see him falling off late game! I think it is time for an update to such a "stable" champion. Might I suggest to buff his attack speed up from the get-go (his current atk speed is insufferable!) Perhaps add an ACTIVE to his current W passive. I think this would make more diversity and match up complexity when time to choose champions. Varus is a great champ, would love to see more from him as well!
