Losing lp by afk of teammates

There could be something like if someone leave the game during ranked, all his non-premade teammates will not lose lp, or they will not lose so many (50% maybe)? Whats do you think about it?

I've had a problem with people AFKing too. Yes.

No because then all the game becomes is 4 people bullying one person until they AFK so they can get LP loss reduction.
