Losing lp by afk of teammates

There could be something like if someone leave the game during ranked, all his non-premade teammates will not lose lp, or they will not lose so many (50% maybe)? Whats do you think about it?

I've had a problem with people AFKing too. Yes.

No because then all the game becomes is 4 people bullying one person until they AFK so they can get LP loss reduction.

Then have a bot that scans chat for the reason of AFK.

If it spots bullying, then their lp will be taken away.

If not, then they would keep their lp.

The bot doesn't punish people as it is I'd rather create less issues for it to badly moderate lol
