Yasuo

I feel like since yasuo has a nado nerf, It should be kinda like a nerf then buff but not on his nado. Maybe his e cooldown early levels and maybe the distance and targets as well. Kind of like the april fools yasuo buff but his e can only dash through enemy wards/ spears/ and if warded teemo shrooms. I don't know just seems a little unfair that Yasuo gets this nado nerf but with nothing else.
