Me and my friend were stoned and thinking about what mechanisms riot could implement into a champions kit that hasn't been covered yet. Cones and circles are pretty covered but we realized trapezoid oriented skillshots have yet to be seen on the rift. We're proposing a new champion named Trap Douglas whose kit focuses on trapezoid oriented skillshots and is only available through RP purchase. Cheers.
Yes, it only makes sense Riot! Greasy multi-lane tank only available with RP of course! Move-set as follows:
(Laying Traps) Passive - Douglas sets a random trap upon entering brush. (60sec cooldown){random traps being all existing traps in the rift, such as Shaco's Jack in the Box, or Caitlyn's Snare} (Trap's Off)Q - shoots out a trapezoid in front of Douglas which slows enemy champs that walk through it, lasting 1.5 sec then bursting to deal damage to all champs remaining in the trap zone! (Trapezoidal Block)W - Summons a pair of outward facing trapezoids to shield Douglas and allies behind him, lasts 2.5 sec (similar to a Yasuo or Braum shield) (Dougie)E - Passive {Gain a brief movement speed boost whenever allies are nearby} / Active {Douglas teaches the team how to Dougie and nearby allies gain attack speed briefly} (Full Zoid)R - Douglas transforms into a Crustacean for 12 seconds, during which time he gains HP, and attack speed. Additionally Douglas receives the passive bonus from his E during the period of shelled fun.
