Passive: Safety Measure:() spells will mark the target that stacks up 10 times.Once it hits 10 the passive will activate and seal 1 of the targets items for NA min.(In other words they wont be able to activate it like Zhonya's Hourglass and they will lose the bonus it give like ap and armor.)
