(Suggestion) Fix for the lack of iG Xayah // or new Xayah/Rakan pair skins [yin yang]

If this doesn't work as a stand alone skin for Xayah, it certainly could be put on the back burner for them both:

Yin Xayah.

The iG Rakan skin is primarily white with black accents. Yin Xayah could be primarily black with white accents. They'd be Yin Xayah and Yang Rakan without officially being so, while also giving matching opportunities for those who are Xayah/Rakan duos.
