More skin ideas (covers 4 different events).

These skin ideas would cover Snowdown, the Harrowing, Lunar revel, and April fools or maybe a repeat of the Dogs vs Cats event.

-Artic Ops Talon and Artic Ops Viktor -Battlecast or Resistance Sylas to match with Resistance Illaoi.

-Neko Neeko: A good skin if the Dogs vs Cats event comes back or even for an April fools skin. Basically making Neeko a cat. Almost a play on words like the Draven Draven skin. (If Kogmaw can have a dog skin then why not make Neeko a cat?)

-Papercraft Aurelion Sol (similar to Papercraft Nunu) This would be a lunar revel skin to make Aurelion Sol look like a Chinese dragon from a festival lantern dance common from dragon dancers. Dragon dances are a common festival practice and so this skin concept would pair nicely as a new Papercraft skin.
