Cassiopea really needs a new skin. (Last skin: Eternum two and a half years ago). Making a cold theme skin of Cassio could be really cool, literally.

Abilities: Noxious Blast - A Circle with a snowflake inside of it. Miasma - Snowy Ground Twin Fang - White Snakeheads that are flying with their mouth open towards the enemy. Petrifying Gaze - A snowstorm that Freezes the enemies.
