[Skin Concept] Janitor Pantheon

General: Pantheon's kit is unique, and perfect for a janitor skin. His spear could be a mop, and his shield a bucket. In this "Janitor Pantheon" skin, Pantheon would be wearing a blue coverall and brown boots.

Q - Pantheon would throw the mop at the selected target, a small splash animation and sound would be result when the spear found its mark. W - Pantheon would leap to the selected target, bringing the bucket over his head and smashing it over the enemy's head. E - Pantheon would extend his mop and shake it, spreading the individual hairs on the mop outward in the cone hitbox of the E. R- Pantheon would fly up in the air, and when landing, would spill his bucket, the foamy water would replace his default orange ring explosion right as the damage is applied.
