(Champion Concept) Silus, the Rotten Pilgrim
**LORE: **
"Have you ever heard the tale of Saint Silus? Then listen, sit with us.
Long ago, there was a man, a weary traveler. He followed the path of those who aid the feebler.
Great were his powers, and no wound would be left unhealed. But as merciful as he was, greed bloomed within those who that power wanted to wield. A treacherous night, he was beckoned. A frail girl, she yelled. The Saint arrived, but was soon betrayed, with a blow to his head. Tortured and beaten, his will never broken. His captors, quite angered, dumped his body in the swamp. But his mission wasn't over and he stood, only his body was quite damp.
A living ooze, a benevolent tar, slithering his way across wars and battles. And what did he do, when he found his captors, bleeding on the ground? He healed them, and forgave them, and went on on his quest, to make everyone safe and sound."

Silus auto attacks can't damage enemies. Silus can auto attack allies to apply a blessing that heals that ally for 0.4/0.5/0.6/0.75%* of maximum health each second for 5/6/7/8* seconds, stacking up to two times. Upon reaching the second stack, Silus can't bless that target for 30 seconds. (*Level 1/6/11/16)
Silus gains 10% movement speed when walking towards an injured allied champion while gaining charges. At 100 charges he gains Benevolence, increasing the effectiveness of his heals by 10/15/20/25% and regenerates 1% of his maximum health each second for 10 seconds.
Q: Cost: 5% of current Health. **Cooldown: ** 11/10/9/8/7 seconds. Caress of Deliverance:
Silus grows an hand out of his body, and slowly moves it in a 90 degree angle in any direction, starting from his left. The first allied champion touched by the hand is healed (70/110/150/190/230, +20% AP +3/5/7/12/15% bonus health), while enemy champions are slowed by 70% for 2 seconds. Effectiveness and duration for the heal and slow on champions hit after the first one is reduced by 50%.
W: Cost: 5% of current Health. **Cooldown: ** 18/16/14/12/10 seconds. Leap of Faith:
Silus lunges in a short distance. If Silus lunges on an allied champion or Dirty Shrine, he becomes intargettable and becomes a living armor fir the allied champion, shielding him for (4/6/8/10/12% bonus health) and granting 10% movement speed for 4 seconds. While he's a living armor, Silus can still activate his Caress of Deliverance, or activate this ability again to detach himself earlier from the allied champion. If Silus Benevolence is active, his lunge distance increases.
E: Cost: No cost **Cooldown: ** 0.25 seconds. Recharge: 35/30/25/20/15 seconds. Dirty Shrine:
PASSIVE: Silus stores a charge of Dirty Shrine periodically, up to a maximum of 2 stored at once.
Silus places a dirty shrine on target location with 1100 Vision Sight for 60/70/80/90/100 seconds.
Standing near a dirty shrine increases Silus and allied champions' base health regeneration by 150% while in combat.
Dirty Shrine can only be damaged by champion basic attacks and take 3 damage from attacks, and the enemy champion that destroys the shrine is revealed for 5 seconds.
R: : Cost: 10% of current Health. **Cooldown: ** 155/140/125 seconds. Idol of FIlth
Silus roots himself in place, increasing his size and reducing damage taken by 20%, while generating an aura that heals nearby other allies for 3/4/5% of their maximum health each second for 6/8/10 seconds. Silus can reactivate this ability to interrupt it earlier. Enemy champions are rooted for 1 second on cast, and are slowed by 25% while inside the aura. If Silus activates Idol of Filth while being a living armor on a dirty shrine, he consumes it, increasing his size and damage reduction by an additional 10%, and nearby enemies are knocked up for 1 second before the root.
