Sword Breaker Champion Idea

I don't have any champion kit ideas, but I just ran into this dagger and felt it would be really freaking cool to be implemented into a champion concept, specifically designed to go toe to toe with the sword wielders in League, or even anyone that goes AD, like instead of Armor break, AD break. What do you guys think? Maybe even be 's rival? Or hell, maybe last minute new item to counter the new assassin meta?
