Hey guys, Greek gods, Norse gods, Egyptian gods, and, in fact, any deity that wasn't specifically invented for someone's personal art piece are public domain. This means that you can use any likeness of them because they are not copyrighted or trademarked, nor can the concept of them ever be.

Smite may have deities in their game, but only those exact depictions in their art styles are trademarked. Riot could easily base several champs on gods and there would be absolutely no way for them to get in trouble unless they deliberately rip off the copyrighted appearance of a Smite character.
