Because OPM is designed to be the strongest, just like Fiora is THE BEST sword fighter in lol, sacred sword Fiora is a different reality and therefore doesn't have that same plot point for 1 and 2 Fiora in main lore probably won't be able to be killed off, whereas alternate universe characters can die whenever So main universe Fiora clearly is designed to be superior

Fiora could likely 1v1 any melee champ in the main lore with the only exception being 
POSSIBLY simply because Jax is SO GOOD he has to dumb himself down to using a lamppost
Also despite how much I truly enjoy Yasuo as a character in a duel against a single opponent he wouldn't necessarily do well. I mean swordsman like Garen get smacked around by Sylas, so he definitely isn't gonna be a contender. Tryndamere is to aggressive and would lose except he has UNDYING RAGE so that..... Aatrox I'm pretty sure thinks finesse swordplay is a joke. We've only seen Yasuo 1v1 Riven briefly in the lore, and we know he killed Yone, but we don't know enough about Yone to say Yeah Yasuo is a Super Samurai. Riven's sword is broken. Yi........... I can't remember a story where he ever 1v1'd a named character, so judging his power level would also be impossible however both him and Yasuo excel at fighting groups not 1v1 hence the line "Many foes 1 strike". I don't see Shen winning because we don't know how skilled he is either, just that he probably wouldn't fight Fiora in the first place because he has better things to do. Kayle throws holy fire, and can fly so disqualified. Gp doesn't seem like a great swordsman. Leona and Diana are aspects with who knows what powers, but in a swordfight the don't have anything backing them as being extremely skilled. 
isn't as skilled as Xin Zhao.

Thailand051 votessee? she not opm design as so many factor whom she fight with and Only melee champs. we dont know true skill of yi and yasuo yet so we cant confirm that they will lose to fiora due to they never met as story writer focus in. the Fight in Immortal Legend as Ss fiora and Yi is combine the melee with Fantasy chi power so they are not just melee fight. they can fly at this point as yi can do in his art or fight in the air and chi sword power around them to attack combo without melee at all.this is disadvantage for main fiora that can fight only melee champ but never met yasuo or yi even Broken sword riven that kill yasuo master by accident those guys is beyond melee champs skill like yasuo. They r in ionia so Fiora never fight them.

the biggest problem is there has never been any display of the champions power, because Fiora vs Jax, cliffhanger, pretty sure Yasuo vs Riven didn't have a definitive winner, can't remember seeing Yi fight anyone, Trynda had once upon a time fought Aatrox, but don't know if thats canon anymore so we have no way to scale champions that don't have blatantly insane powers like say 
who is clearly powerful because he literally is a massive space dragon that shapes stars.
I feel like we need to see more champions interacting before this debate can be concluded
