Mount Targon Warrior with a Claymore!

Alright so Imagine a mount targon warrior. He's fought all his life and is hardened by war. He's learned through war that you need to use the sun AND the moon, and the powers and co-exist. His passive is like bonus armor per level for his team mates, His Q is his sword becomes enfused with the light. His W is the sun becomes his shield, and makes his next attack return mana. His E is he dashes in a direction, using the silence of night to have his next attack crittically strike. His R is he becomes enfused with the moons energy, and sends a moon light ball at a designated location, knocking everyone up and pulling them in to the blast radius with lunar energy. He would be an awesome top laner, or a jungler would would be awesome. I feel the jungle meta could use something interesing, and it adds interesting high risk high reward gameplay that can do a lot of damage, reliably gank, and can gapclose which is important to the current meta. I feel we need a two handed sword character in this game, and why not a warrior from mount targon? they could use a new champion!
