In my 2 years on youtube now i've been using a lot of different thumbnails. My goals were to make it look professional enough and clear enough ( without fake clickbait ) for the viewer to know what's going on. Ofcourse it also has to engage with the viewer and be eye catching.
Long story short I was wondering what you guys thought would be the best thumbnail.

It would help to know what the video is about in the first place? Each picture has a topic of its own so what's the main idea of your video?
first of it might be usefull to clear up you're talking about thumbnail style here, the template so to speak.
1 Looks outdated tbh. i'm gonna assume it's one of your earlier ones.
2 & 3 both look fine imo. 2 Seems like a very common style though. So while it won't really set you apart from other league youtubers, people might click on your video's by accident when they normally wouldn't.
